Imagery and Copyright

  • Thank you for your appreciation of my designs, and all the work that led up to them. All of these artworks are my original creations, and I have registered my copyright. That means you may not use them or versions of them with small changes for commercial OR noncommercial use without my express permission or a licensing agreement from me. No, “changing images 20%” does not liberate designs from copyright coverage. One of the reasons the ‘starving artist’ stereotype continues is that people love the work artists do but sidestep paying them for it. Respecting copyright is important. If you feel inspired by my designs, make your own artwork or hire an artist to make some, but don’t borrow, use, or steal the art made by others. End of lecture.

Delivery

  • It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

    The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:

    USA: 3-​4 business days

    International: 5-15 business days

  • I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at stephanie@unnaturaldesigns.com

  • If your order cannot be delivered due to an addressing error, it has been returned and will need to be re-shipped with the correct address at your expense. Because I cover the cost of initial shipping, if an order is returned due to non-deliverability (incorrectly entered address), then you will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you. Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address.

  • Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:

    ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

    ● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

    ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

    Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with me at stephanie@unnaturaldesigns.com with your order number.

  • Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

    I highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

Orders

  • Swipe left on the product photo listings until you get to the last slide (size chart is the last photo).

  • I work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! On my About page you’ll find a video about the Direct-To-Garment printing process.

  • I pride myself on providing top-of-the line products; the printer I use has excellent quality control, however if a damaged or misprinted item slipped through quality control, or if your item was damaged during shipment, I’ll make sure you receive a replacement free of charge. Please contact me within 30 days after the misprinted/damaged/defective item has been received at stephanie@unnaturaldesigns.com I’ll need an emailed description of the problem along with photos to process a replacement or refund. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

  • Real-world printed items and digital monitors rarely match precisely; not only do ink-printed-items and digital screens use different color systems, but in addition, screens are displaying colors backlit, and tangible item colors can vary based on light vs dark garments and different fabrics. Color calibration from device to device can also vary. Therefore, at least some variance between a printed item and the color seen on screen is expected. If this is a dealbreaker for you, you may return your item. I’ll appreciate a description of the problem via email to stephanie@unnaturaldesigns.com

  • Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

  • You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. My apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

    If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

Returns

  • I will accept returns for item size problems, but please note the cost will come out of my pocket- please use the sizing charts provided with each garment (swipe left on each product photo to find the size guide) in order to avoid sizing problems whenever possible. And gift the wrong-sized one to someone who will appreciate it.

  • I will accept returns for change of mind/buyer’s remorse, but please note the cost will come out of my pocket, and you are liable for the cost of return shipment to me directly (rather than returning items to the printer). Reach out to me at stephanie@unnaturaldesigns.com
