I want you to be thrilled with your purchase: I stand behind my artwork, I’ve chosen products I have tried myself and approve, and I’ve partnered with a printer that reproduces my illustrations well. That being said, there are humans involved here, so there can occasionally be challenges. Here are the guiding policies for my store, to set expectations and prevent or resolve any problems. Please see the FAQ page for more specific info and directions on how to take action for specific situations.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

I will replace or refund misprinted, damaged, or defective items. If you or your gift’s recipient notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, a claim must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Due to the nature of the one-at-a-time, on-demand production of my items, order creation itself takes 2 - 5 business days, and shipping can occur only after that period. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order based on historical shipping data to a customer’s region; estimates are not guaranteed. 

Shipping: 

  • FREE shipping is offered for the original delivery of an order at standard shipping speeds. Shipping providers will vary based on location of recipient. Rush shipping on orders is regrettably not possible.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an addressing error, it will need to be reshipped with the correct address at the customer’s expense. 

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipment (if and as applicable).

  • Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

Customer Returns:

Please contact me before returning any products. Any refunds issued will be in the same form of payment used for purchase. Reshipping fees will not be refunded.

  • I will accept returns or issue replacements for item size problems; please use the sizing charts provided with each garment in order to avoid sizing problems whenever possible. 

  • I will accept returns for change of mind/buyer’s remorse, but the customer is liable for return shipping costs.

  • I will not accept returns of individually personalized items.

  • I will not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
